Dinner Theater
The Thomas House is proud to present several dinner-theater productions throughout the year.  Guests enjoy dinner before the play (above right).   After dinner, local actors (below right) present popular plays that have usually had long runs on Broadway.  It's a fun evening for all!

Sunday Buffet, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Thomas House has a Sunday buffet each week that is open to the general public, and no reservations are required.  The buffet is $10.00 plus tax for adults; children under 10 are half price.

A typical menu might include:

reddot Baked boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
reddot Country ham.
reddot Green beans.
reddot Cream-style corn.
reddot Mashed potatoes.
reddot Fried apples.
reddot Thomas House Salad (a marinated salad.)
reddot Choice of several desserts such as:
      Peach cobbler.
      Poor Man's Pudding [bread pudding] with butter sauce.
      Apple cobbler.
reddot Coffee or decaf.
reddot Sweet or unsweet iced tea.

 

 

Each of our 14 guest rooms is individually decorated to make each visit the The Thomas House a unique experience.

 

 

 

Our lobby, dining room and common areas are decorated to make each guest feel welcome.

Our gift shop, located next to the front desk, has a nice selection of antiques and collectibles.

The Thomas House has two meeting rooms that are perfect for elegant meetings or private dinners.

Summer Pool Hours
Wednesday - Saturday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The swimming pool is open to the general public from May to September during the time when Macon County schools are on vacation for the summer.  A lifeguard is on duty.  Entry fee is $3.00 per person.
