*Separate awards will be given for each of the following instruments:

Friday's Events
Doors to the Entertainment Center open at 5 p.m.
Individual performers' competition begins at 7:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m.   1. Guitar (Determine final three.)
7:30 p.m.   2.  Mandolin  (Determine final three.)
8:00 p.m.   3.  Banjo  (Determine final three.)
8:30 p.m.   4. Fiddle  (Determine final three.)
9:00 p.m.   5. Dobro  (Determine final three.)

 

Saturday's Events
Grounds open at 8:00 a.m.

10:00 a.m. Bluegrass bands begin competition.
1. Each band plays three numbers.
2. Determine three finalist bands.

2:00 p.m. Finals for individual's performances.
1. Determine first, second and third place winners.  Make awards.
2. In case of ties or indecision, judges may ask for additional performances.

6:00 p.m.
1. Each band finalist will perform for 30 minutes for judges to determine first, second and third place winners.

8:00 p.m.
1. First place band winner gives a one hour performance.
2. Other bands may perform during or after the first place winner's performance if they like.

 

Note: all times are subject to change
depending on the number of entries.

Adults: $5.00
Children 6 to 12: $2.00
Children under 6: Free
